St. James is offering rental opportunities from Sunday at 11 AM through Wednesday evening. We invite faith-based groups or other organizations of any background to inquire about utilizing our beautiful venue for regular meetings, services, or activities. What We Offer

St. James is a historic landmark that provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for gatherings. The rental includes access to:

• Chapel – A peaceful and intimate space for worship, prayer, or reflection, featuring beautiful stained-glass windows and traditional architecture.

• Parish Hall – A spacious and flexible room ideal for fellowship, study groups, or events, with a comfortable occupancy of approximately 75 people in each space

• Commercial Kitchen – A fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, hosting community dinners, or supporting outreach programs.

Rental Details

• Cost: Approximately $1,000 per month, with proceeds being utilized for building improvements and maintenance.

• Shared Responsibilities: The renting organization will contribute to utility payments, cleaning, and grounds maintenance to help sustain our historic space.

• Liability Insurance: Renters are required to provide their own liability insurance.
