This week, St. James in Payette, ID, hosted a delightful three-day knitting retreat led by Cindy Wolfenbarger, where participants enjoyed a perfect blend of creativity and camaraderie. The retreat featured a wonderful cook who filled the air with delicious aromas, complementing the days spent working on individual knitting projects. Laughter and conversation flowed as the ladies bonded over their shared passion, while evenings were marked by the serene beauty of compline prayer in the St. James chapel. Bathed in the soft glow of stained glass and candlelight, the chapel provides a peaceful sanctuary for reflection and spiritual connection in the evenings.
